NCIS is more than simply a popular show; it’s a family affair, both on and off screen. From Mark Harmon’s son to Sean Murray’s daughter, the cast’s real-life families frequently appear on set, providing a personal touch to the series.
Sean Murray, known for his role as Special Agent Timothy McGee, has turned NCIS into a family business. With his step-siblings Troian Bellisario and his own children making appearances, Murray’s ties run deep.
But he isn’t alone. Pam Dawber, Mark Harmon’s wife, starred in the series as investigative journalist Marcy Warren, as did their son Sean Harmon, who appeared in flashback episodes.
It’s not just blood relations either. Daniela Ruah, who portrays Kensi Blye, and Eric Christian Olsen, who plays Marty Deeks, are actually related through marriage. Ruah is married to Olsen’s older brother, creating a unique dynamic on set.
The performance even featured the cast’s real mothers in a special poker scene, a wonderful gesture that made everyone smile.
