One of the most pressing questions that fans have had since the rumors began to spread like wildfire on social media. For more than a decade, viewers have welcomed the Reagan family into their homes, with Reagan family patriarch Frank Reagan, New York City’s long-time Police Commissioner, being one of the show’s most adored characters.

So getting clarity on these reports is critical, and you’ve come to the right place! Before the show’s season 13 renewal, Tom Selleck agreed to a new contract with CBS to stay for another season, ensuring that Frank would not be leaving this season. Beyond this season, it’s unclear what Selleck’s future holds, though he doesn’t appear to be leaving the show anytime soon.

According to TV Insider, when asked in September, “Bridget says making it to 15 seasons would be lovely.” You in?” He simply stated, “I have a mortgage.” “I’m in!” It is reassuring for fans, and it appears to be a goal shared by many members of the cast. Whatever happens between now and then, fans can rest assured that Selleck’s character will not be leaving the show in season 13! Fans should relax and keep watching the show in order to see this beloved character return to their television screens.

  1. I do not know if it is a show I missed or if I am just having a senior moment but what ever happened to Danny’s other son. I know he was supposed to be going off to college but then I never saw him again. What did I miss?
