‘Storage Wars’ star Darrell Sheets Dies at 67

Darrell Sheets, best known for his role on A&E’s Storage Wars, has died at the age of 67.

Police in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, responded to a call and discovered an unresponsive man at the scene. Sheets was pronounced dead, and the case remains under investigation by local authorities and the medical examiner’s office.

Sheets rose to fame as one of the main buyers on Storage Wars, appearing in more than 160 episodes since the show’s debut in 2010. Nicknamed “The Gambler,” he became known for taking bold risks on storage unit auctions. He often appeared on the show alongside his son, Brandon Sheets.

After suffering a heart attack in 2019, Sheets stepped away from television and relocated to Arizona. In retirement, he ran an antique store called Havasu Show Me Your Junk.

He is remembered by fans for his larger-than-life personality and his memorable presence on reality television.
