Pauley Perrette, best known for her famous role as Abby Sciuto on NCIS, shocked fans with a recent admission about a “massive stroke” after departing in 2018. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, she reported waking up with no feeling on her right side, which raised fears about her health.
The beloved actress, known for her goth style and bubbly persona as forensic scientist Abby, hinted at behind-the-scenes tension with co-star Mark Harmon (Leroy Gibbs). Perrette’s departure from the show was shrouded in mystery, with rumors of discord between the two actors.
In an honest sequence of tweets, Perrette addressed bullying and her will to overcome it. Notably, her final episode featured no scenes with Harmon’s character, Gibbs, indicating a shift from their previously intimate on-screen connection.
Now retired at 54, Perrette has emphatically stated she will never return to NCIS, closing the door on any potential comeback.
