Ahead of the November 19 Blue Bloods episode, a preview clip shows Danny and Baez in a rare lighthearted moment. Standing in a parking lot, Danny eats a shredded carrot-topped sub and offers Baez a bite.

“I’d bite you before biting that,” she jokes. Danny grins, and Baez quickly adds, “That didn’t come out the way I meant it.” Their banter ends when a van pulls up and a man is thrown out with his head covered-prompting the detectives to jump into action.
