Blue Bloods, one of television’s longest-running police procedurals, will return for a 14th season, but not before January 2024. Although it isn’t on the Fall schedule, CBS is broadcasting “classic episodes” in the meantime – and they were chosen by America.
Even though it’s billed as a police procedural, it’s more of a family drama, with Tom Selleck playing Police Commissioner Frank Reagan as well as the patriarch of the family as father to Danny (Donnie Wahlberg), Erin (Bridget Moynahan), and Jamie (Will Estes).

Although Treat Williams only appeared in a few episodes per season, his portrayal of Frank’s pal Lenny Ross, a retired detective-turned-writer, was always a welcome addition to the cast. It will now be decommissioned owing to Williams’ untimely d3ath on June 12, 2023, as a consequence of injuries sustained in a motorbike accident.

What happened at the end of Season 13 of Blue Bloods?

Walker tried to make Jackie his next v1ctim, but she fought him off and he escaped.
