“My father never told us to work hard; we simply saw how hard he worked,” O’Donnell shared. He acknowledges his flaws, like a quick temper, and the importance of not bringing stress home. He credits his wife, Caroline, for helping him stay balanced. “I’m fortunate. I believe we complement each other,” he said.

He learned by witnessing his father, and as an actor, he recognizes the need of setting a positive example for his own children. Despite the difficulties, he understands that being a father is a rigorous but rewarding job.
