The actors’ strike has ended, and CBS has set return dates for both ‘NCIS’ and the spinoff ‘NCIS: Hawai’i.’
The lengthy NCIS break is coming to an end. CBS has confirmed a premiere date for season 21 of the military police drama, now that the writers’ and actors’ strikes have been resolved. In addition, we now know when the spinoff series NCIS: Hawai’i will return.
‘NCIS’ Season 21 debuts on February 12th.
Season 21 of NCIS will begin on Monday, February 12 at 9 p.m. ET.
“I couldn’t be more pleased! I can hardly wait to get back to work!” After the end of the months-long SAG-AFTRA strike was announced, NCIS star Brian Dietzen, who plays Dr. Jimmy Palmer, posted on X.
He also announced that the next season would be dedicated to the late David McCallum, who passed away in September at the age of 90. Since the first season, he’d played Chief Medical Examiner Donald “Ducky” Mallard.
What to look forward to in the new season of ‘NCIS’
CBS has yet to publish the episode title or narrative for the NCIS Season 21 premiere. The new season, however, will most likely begin following the season 20 finale cliffhanger.
In “Black Sky,” an undercover Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and the NCIS squad thwarted a Russian terr0rist plot. Torres’ cover had him imprisoned, where he met a young guy who said he’d been framed for fraud. That convict was also visited by a strange individual (Al Sapienza) who had an unexpected – and unexplainable – link to Torres.
“I tracked him down, sis. You know who I’m referring to. The cretin is still alive. “And he’s still doing it,” he remarked over the phone to his sister.
Torres was left waiting in the mystery man’s house at the end of the episode. The man recognized Torres, whom he addressed as “Nicky,” and stated that he also knew the agent’s mother and sister.
He claimed to have changed, but Torres was skeptical. He pulled out a revolver and gave the man a grim warning, saying he intended to “watch you d1e.”
Is Torres on the verge of committing cold-blooded murd3r? When NCIS returns in 2024, hopefully we’ll get some answers.
