Vanessa Lachey, star of ‘NCIS: Hawaii’, Tells How the Role is ‘Everything’ She Ever Wanted

Vanessa Lachey, who portrays Jane Tennant on NCIS: Hawai’i, appears to be grateful for her CBS show. Lachey is the star of this popular show, which is a spinoff of the original NCIS. The actress was recently interviewed about her role and the show. Thanks to Entertainment Tonight, we get a glimpse of her point of view.

“It’s everything I’ve worked for and literally dreamed of having a show that I get to be a part of with a great cast and a great crew and a great studio network,” Lachey said. Vanessa, on the other hand, is no stranger to television, having co-hosted other shows with her husband, Nick Lachey.

‘NCIS: Hawai’i’ Will Have Another Crossover Event

Last season, Wilmer Valderrama portrayed Special Agent Nick Torres there. Fans of the other show will recognize Torres as one of the team members in the Washington, D.C. office. Lachey recently posted a video in which Torres, er, Valderrama, butted in a couple of times. This interaction was quite cute, but it did leave some people perplexed.

Will Torres return to work with the NCIS Pearl Harbor office? Yes! What we do know is that a crossover event will air on CBS on September 19 at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central. We also know that Valderrama and Katrina Law, who plays Special Agent Jessica Knight, will appear on NCIS: Hawai’i, as will Gary Cole, Brian Dietzen, and Diona Reasonover. Meanwhile, according to People Magazine, Lachey and Jason Antoon, who plays Ernie Malik, will appear on NCIS.

One thing we do know about Lachey is that she loves her family. She recently shared a sweet photo of her son Camden returning to school. But this time, the first day of school is in Hawai’i. Nick and Vanessa relocated their family to be close to her while she films episodes. But, before school, everyone went on a Disney vacation, and Vanessa was sharing photos from the trip.

She posted a photo of her entire family at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Vanessa had obviously returned to work after her vacation period ended, and she has done so. Set aside time on Monday nights for an NCIS block of programming.
