Tom Selleck Plans Peaceful Farm Life With His ‘Wonderful’ Wife After “Blue Bloods” Ends

Tom Selleck is preparing for a quieter life with his family once the final episode of Blue Bloods airs later this year. The beloved 78-year-old actor is wrapping up a 13-year run on the CBS hit, and although fans are disappointed to see the series end, Tom is focusing on the positive.

According to a source who spoke with Closer magazine, Tom is looking forward to relaxing on his California ranch, spending time outdoors, and enjoying simple, peaceful days with his wife, Jillie Mack.

“Tom and Jillie can just sit at home, cook, go for long walks, and be very content,” the insider shared, adding that he trusts Jillie to plan travel and activities now that he’ll have more free time.

Selleck and Jillie married in 1987 after meeting in London while she was performing in Cats. The couple lives on a 65-acre ranch near Ventura, where Tom grows avocados.

Though he rarely speaks publicly about his marriage, Tom opened up to GQ in 2014, calling their relationship “wonderful” and saying their love has deepened with time. He admitted he still feels the “infatuation” he had when they first met, noting that their bond has only grown more satisfying after nearly four decades together.
