Coté de Pabloo María José de Pablo Fernández Chicharro Grace, as her real name is, is a Latin actress born in Santiago de Chile. During his stay in his country of origin, he never dreamed of acting, however, the world of entertainment ran through his blood, since his mother María Olga Fernández, was a presenter in an evening talk show in Chile. It was later that this young woman joined NCIS as Ziva David.
For more than eight seasons, Coté de Pablo was bringing Ziva David to life at NCIS, but, it should be emphasized, before accepting this role, she had to go through a long transition process.
At the age of ten, she moved to Miami after her mother was offered a position as a television presenter on Telemundo’s international network. Since then, Coté de Pablo was interested in art, specifically acting, since being a “newcomer” this was the best option for communication.
Since then, she has been enrolled in a performing arts high school. Her first job was as her mother: presenter in the Spanish-speaking program “Control”, in Unision, at the tender age of 14. Thanks to this work, his love of acting began to grow.
Thanks to her passion and dedication in what she did, Coté de Pablo was accepted at Carnegie Mellon, where she graduated with a degree in musical theatre. It was later, in 2005, that she landed the role of special agent Ziva David in NCIS, which earned her the ALMA Award for Best Actress in a Television Drama Series.
