NCIS fans are expressing frustration after CBS announced a two-week hiatus following the show’s milestone 450th episode, which aired on February 27. The team posted on Twitter, “That’s a wrap on the 450th episode of NCIS! We’ll be back with another brand-new episode in two weeks.”
Viewers were quick to share their disappointment, with comments like, “Two weeks, really?” and “Your schedule stinks.” Many feel that the staggered schedule is making it difficult to follow along consistently.
Despite the break, there’s good news for NCIS fans: CBS recently renewed the flagship show for a 21st season and its spin-off NCIS: Hawai’i for a third season. Actress Vanessa Lachey celebrated the renewal on Instagram, sharing a video from the set and expressing her excitement to return as Jane Tennant.
Meanwhile, NCIS: Los Angeles will end after 14 seasons, with its final episode set for May 14. Cast member Eric Christian Olsen marked the occasion with a heartfelt post, calling it a “spectacular journey.”
