Mark Harmon’s Son Shares Big News After Portraying Young Gibbs on ‘NCIS’

Mark Harmon has become one of television’s most familiar faces, thanks to his unforgettable 18-season run as the quietly commanding Leroy Jethro Gibbs on NCIS. But the actor’s story stretches far beyond the walls of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.

Born in Burbank to football great Tom Harmon and Hollywood actress Elyse Knox, Mark seemed destined for success. He followed his father’s athletic path as UCLA’s quarterback before switching gears and stepping into his mother’s world: acting.
