CBS Drops Fall 2021 Premiere Dates for NCIS, FBI, Blue Bloods and More

After an unprecedented year in film and television due to the pandemic, CBS and other networks are slowly reverting to their old scheduling practices. Fan-favorite TV shows such as NCIS and FBI will hit the ground running come fall, and CBS just released its 2021-2022 premiere lineup. Take a peek at which series are due back and which freshman shows will make their grand debuts in the coming months.

Sept. 20

The Neighborhood – Cedric the Entertainer and Max Greenfield are back for season 4 which premieres at 8 p.m. EST.

Bob ♥ Abishola – Fans will learn what happens with the wedding plans and the trip to Nigeria when season 3 arrives at 8:30 p.m. EST.

NCIS – The OG of the beloved franchise makes its mark with season 19 on Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. EST.

NCIS Hawai’i – It’s the official debut of NCIS Hawai’i starring Vanessa Minnillo, Yasmine Al-Bustami, and Jason Antoon. Tune in at 10 p.m. EST.

Sept. 21 – ‘FBI’ Tuesday

As part of a three-series crossover event, FBIFBI: Most Wanted, and fresh spinoff FBI: International will premiere new seasons in that order at 8, 9, and 10 p.m. EST. The schedule will flip the following week.

Sept. 22

Survivor – Survivor kicks off reality competition night on CBS with a two-hour season premiere at 8 p.m. EST.

Big Brother – Big Brother follows Survivor at 10 p.m. with the first of its last three episodes for the season.

Sept. 26

60 Minutes premieres on Sept. 12 but airs in its regular time slot on Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. EST.

Big Brother airs Sunday at 8 p.m. EST.

Sept. 28

FBI officially takes over Tuesdays beginning at 8 p.m. with the original show in the first slot.

FBI: International arrives in its regular time slot at 9 p.m. EST.

FBI: Most Wanted drops its season 3, episode 2 in its new time slot at 10 p.m. EST.

Sept. 29

Survivor swaps back in at 8 p.m., its regular time.

Big Brother airs its two-hour season finale at 9 p.m. EST.

Oct. 1

S.W.A.T. kicks off a night of Friday season premieres at 8 p.m. EST.

Magnum P.I. Season 4 hits the screen at 9 p.m.

Blue Bloods – Get ready for season 12 at 10 p.m. EST.

Oct. 6

Tough as Nails – Season 3 arrives at 9 p.m. after Survivor.

CSI: Vegas – The newest entry in the CSI franchise is actually a reboot, and beloved characters Gil Grissom and Sara Sidle are returning. New faces and a new office are set to debut at 10 p.m. EST.

Oct. 7

Young Sheldon – Season 5 leads off another busy night of Thursday premieres starting at 8 p.m. EST.

United States of Al – Season 2 lands at 8:30 p.m. EST.

Ghosts, a newbie sitcom on the CBS schedule, brings its spooky comedy vibes at 9 p.m. EST.

B Positive Fans can tune in for season 2 at 9:30 p.m. EST.

Bull Season 6 drops at 10 p.m. following a cast shake-up in May, so diehard fans should mark their calendars.

Oct. 10

The Equalizer – Season 2 of the Queen Latifah-led crime drama premieres at 8 p.m. EST.

NCIS: Los Angeles – Last but not least in the NCIS family, NCIS LA returns with season 13 at 9 p.m. EST.

Seal Team – Seal Team will finish up season 5 on CBS before moving new episodes to Paramount+. Check it out at 10 p.m. EST.
