CBS Has Officially Canceled Blue Bloods: Season 14 will Conclude the Series in 2 Parts

The series “Blue Bloods” is coming to an end.

It’s time to bid farewell to the Reagans. According to Deadline, CBS’ “Blue Bloods” will end after Season 14.

The final season will be split into two parts, the first of which will premiere in February 2024. The first installment will consist of ten episodes.

Part two will conclude with eight episodes and will run on CBS in the fall of next year. “Blue Bloods” will complete its decade-plus run with a shortened final season of 18 episodes.

‘Blue Bloods,’ created by ‘Sopranos’ veterans Robin Green and Mitchell Burgess, has been a CBS staple since 2010.

The cop show, which stars Tom Selleck, Bridget Moynahan, and Donnie Wahlberg, covers the Reagan family’s long history in New York law enforcement, blending procedural thrills and emotions.

The series, a fan favorite, is coming to an end after more than a decade of popularity.

Following the uncertainty caused by the 2023 strikes, CBS grants ‘Blue Bloods’ a final season to complete its legacy.

According to a statement from CBS management, the series, which has been a popular part of CBS’s roster since its debut in 2010, will have the opportunity to wind off its tale with grace.

  6. The network is channeling more and more shows. Pretty soon there will be NZo reason to watch network TV. This is horrible. I LOVE this show. Bad Bad decisions

    • I watch the show every Friday night and have been for years. It is the best show on TV. I also realize that all good things do come to an end. Some of the actors probably look forward to retirement, while the younger ones will move on to other shows. Good luck to all of them and thank you for many years of entertainment.

  7. I look forward to watching Blue Bloods every week! Love the family dinners and the drama. It seems like the networks take off the longest running shows that are really well loved. I think they should be more transparent with the public about why shows are cancelled.

  8. I have Really Loved Blue Bloods as it has brought out so many things for Life! Everyone does a spectacular job in portraying FAMILY… I Will MissThis Show as I do not watch a lot of other shows.. Love to All and Thank You for the Years You Gave Us!! You Will Be Missed!!

  9. Can’t believe you are canceling a wonderful family show in favor of the garbage you are showing that is coming to CBS. NBC suffered when it canceled DaysOf Our Lives and I hope the same comes your way. Your viewers should have a say in what they want to watch.

  10. CBS doesn’t have many shows that I watch anymore and when Blue Bloods is finished I don’t need to watch CBS at all!!!!

  11. Noooooooooooo!! What is wrong with this network!! Why would you cancel such a good & incredibly popular show like Blue Bloods!! Yet you keep all the other garbage on.
    BIG MISTAKE!

  12. I am so saddened by the cancellation of this excellent show. As with all previous comments, I hate to see it come to an end, I have watched it from the beginning and love it. One of the best parts of the show is of course the family dinner. Things like that are nonexistent anymore in real life so sad. Why is it all the “good” programs get canceled? There are so few of them I’m ready to give up TV.
