Boss of ‘NCIS Los Angeles’ Teases The Addition of More Characters To New Shows

NCIS: Los Angeles has concluded, but all of the characters live on in the NCIS Universe.

This means that the characters could appear on other NCIS shows or on other television shows.

It was previously announced that Agent Sam Hanna would be joining NCIS: Hawai’i.

LL Cool J, the singer and actor, will now appear on the NCIS spin-off.

Hanna’s exact number of episodes on the new show has yet to be revealed, but it demonstrates how simple the process could be for other characters.

Perhaps he will not be the only character to relocate from Los Angeles to Hawai’i.

NCIS: Los Angeles characters to return?

“I think that’s very possible,” NCIS: Los Angeles executive producer R. Scott Gemmill said when asked if more characters would return.

“Since we’ve done a crossover, some of the characters have appeared on other shows, so it’s quite possible that they’ll end up making appearances there,” Gemmill explained.

Daniela Ruah (Agent Kensi Blye) shared her thoughts on who might be willing to jump to another show.

“Technically, I’ve played Kensi in two extra episodes from those that we’ve counted on our show, and then it’s actually a third one if you count Hawaii Five-0 as well,” Ruah explained.

“This woman is such a huge part of me,” she added, giving fans hope that Kensi will make another appearance on television someday.

Because the Wristers Strike is still in effect, any further casting news for NCIS or NCIS: Hawai’i may be delayed.

In terms of who might return, seeing Chris O’Donnell as Callen in a future episode of NCIS could be beneficial for CBS during sweeps week.

More from the NCIS universe

Barrett Foa, a former cast member on the show, revealed why he wasn’t in the finale.

Barrett used to play tech specialist Eric Beale on the show, but he left at the end of Season 12.

This happened during Renée Felice Smith’s final episode as well. She played Nell Jone, but Nell made a brief appearance in the series finale.

Some NCIS: LA cast members took home set pieces as souvenirs, according to amusing news from the actors and actresses.

A few of them did it for their children, as the show will be something they remember for years.

NCIS’s 21st season has been ordered for the fall of 2023. A third season of NCIS: Hawai’i has also been announced.

Unfortunately, the shows may be canceled due to the Writers’ Strike.
