NCIS Team Panics Over Jessica Knight’s Death, Saying – ‘We Need to Find Her’

After narrowly escaping certain d3ath in the teaser for next week’s episode, NCIS may be about to say goodbye to a key member of the team.

Since her introduction to the NCIS task force in season 18, Agent Jessica Knight (played by Katrina Law) has become a fan favorite. Her time as a field agent, however, may be coming to an end, as the next episode of the CBS drama places her directly in the path of enemy fire.

If their mission fails, the eighth episode of NCIS’s 20th season threatens to completely destroy the team’s fabric.

The task force participates in a charity fun run for Thanksgiving in next Monday’s case, titled Turkey Trot, which quickly devolves into chaos.

They quickly realize Agent Knight may have been targeted by an unknown foe and rush into action to protect her.

According to the synopsis for the upcoming episode, “time is of the essence for the NCIS team to find the culprit after an unknown shooter causes chaos at an annual Thanksgiving 5K.”

“Kasie (Diona Reasonover) also joins Knight at Knight’s sister’s house for Thanksgiving lunch.”

Thankfully, the next NCIS will not be all doom and gloom, as fans will finally get to meet Knight’s sister, Robin (Lilan Bowden).

Unfortunately, Robin may have to brace herself for the worst, as the latest season promo clearly shows her sister is in grave danger.

The teaser for next week’s episode shows viewers the titular Turkey Trot before an explosion disrupts the event.

Back at NCIS headquarters, Knight’s coworker Tim McGee (Sean Murray) makes an unexpected revelation about the att4ck.

“Look who’s standing directly in the path of the bullet,” he says, pulling up a photo of Knight in her running gear.

“Was he shooting at Knight?” Agent Nicolas Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) wonders.

Not only was the fun run ruined by a bomb, but whoever they’re dealing with appears to have a vendetta against NCIS agents as well.

The run was also overseen by Navy personnel, raising the possibility that the att4cker was simply attempting to att4ck the US military.

However, the NCIS agents will have to take extra precautions because the loss of a vital agent like Knight will leave them more vulnerable than ever.

If there was any doubt about Knight’s involvement in the case, the teaser’s final shot gives fans even more reason to be concerned going into next week’s episode.

As team leader Alden Parker (Gary Cole) begins the search, Knight is seen being held at gunpoint by someone whose face is hidden.

Could NCIS be about to reveal a sh0cking plot twist by k1lling off one of its most beloved agents in the middle of the season?

The assailant’s face is obscured, so it’s unclear if the agent is dealing with someone from her past with a grudge.

In any case, this is one of the most dangerous situations Knight has faced in just over two years on the show, and she will need to think quickly to ensure her survival.
