NCIS Los Angeles Finale Will Feature ‘Special Guest Appearances’, According To Star

With only a few weeks until the season 14 finale, NCIS LA fans can expect to see a familiar face return to the show.

The season 14 finale of CBS’ long-running drama NCIS Los Angeles will mark the end of the show. As the series nears its conclusion, actress Medallion Rahimi confirmed that there will be “some special guest appearances.”

NCIS LA debuted in 2009 and quickly became a major hit, gaining its own cult following of devoted fans.

The highly trained agents frequently went undercover to apprehend dangerous cr1minals who posed a threat to national security.

Despite the show’s success, viewers were disappointed to learn that the series finale of NCIS: Los Angeles would air on Sunday, May 14.

As the dreaded finale approaches, fans can expect a number of surprises that will soften the bitter-sweet ending.

Medallion Rahimi, who currently plays Special Agent Fatima Namazi, has spoken out about the show’s demise.

“I think the audience will be really happy with the ending, the two-parter,” she teased. It allows us more time to tie up some loose ends.

“I believe audiences will be delighted – and we have some special guest appearances that I cannot reveal.”

“I think they’ll be really excited,” the actress told HELLO Magazine!.

With the season finale approaching, fans have long speculated that Hetty Lange (Linda Hunt) might make a surprise appearance.

Hetty last appeared on the show during the franchise crossover in January, when she made a surprise appearance via video call.

While this was a brief appearance, Hetty last appeared in person in the season 13 premiere, Subject 17, which aired in October 2021.

Her reappearance was also hinted at in a teaser clip in which Hollace Kilbride (Gerald McRaney) and Agent Callen (Chris O’Donnell) received a cryptic message.

Callen told Hollace Kilbride, as they discussed the mysterious message, “She [Hetty] wouldn’t have used J Wicks if it wasn’t important.”

“If it was important, she would have sent us more than two names and a random set of numbers,” Kilbride retorted.

“This reads more like a top-secret butt-dial than an urgent message.”

“It’s cryptic, even for Hetty,” Callen argued, to which Kilbride replied, “If it’s even from Hetty.”

Although the reason for the show’s cancellation has not been revealed, Amy Reichenbach, president of CBS Entertainment, has issued a statement regarding the series finale.

“NCIS: Los Angeles has been a stalwart of our lineup for 14 seasons, and with characters who were a joy to watch, it’s no surprise this show succeeded as a global franchise,” Amy said.

“From the start, the cast, producers, and crew were incredible network/studio partners, and their teamwork, talent, and spirit shone through on the screen.”

“We are grateful for their collaboration and remarkable run as treasured members of our CBS family, and we intend to give them the farewell they and their fans deserve.”
