NCIS: Los Angeles Fans Are Overjoyed With the Return of A Fan Favorite Character

Fans of NCIS: Los Angeles were ecstatic to see the return of some of their favorite characters on Sunday’s episode of the cr1me drama.

Pamela Reed made a comeback as Marty Deek’s mother, Roberta, in the fifth episode of season 14, titled Flesh & Blood, and viewers had plenty to say about it.

Fans of the long-running CBS show took to social media to express how much they loved Roberta, affectionately known as Mama Deeks, meeting Marty and Kensi Blye’s foster daughter, Rosa Reyes.

“AHHH MAMA DEEKS IS BACK AND SHE’S FINALLY GOING TO MEET ROSA,” one fan wrote. “I can’t wait to see Mama Deeks return and see Kensi and Deeks with Mama D as they introduce Rosa to her!” said another.

On Sunday night, Mama Deeks made an appearance.

A third person was equally enthralled by the event, tweeting: “Kensi and Mama Deeks, this is going to be epic! #Densi #NCISLA,” a fourth said, adding, “I have SO missed Mama Deeks!” Her interactions with Kensi and Deeks have always been both amusing and heartfelt.”

“NCIS is called to investigate when a woman is seen fleeing the scene of her husband’s murd3r; Roberta Deeks comes into town to meet Rosa; Sam looks for another aide for his father,” according to the episode synopsis.

Fans were no doubt overjoyed by Mama Deek’s appearance, especially after they complained last week about the lack of ‘Densi’ content in episode four.

Kensi and Deeks are affectionately referred to as ‘Densi.’

Despite being central characters, Kensi Blye and Marty Deeks, played by Daniela Ruah and Eric Christian Olsen, were noticeably absent from D3ad Stick, episode four of season 14. Instead, the rest of the NCIS team investigated a plane crash in episode four.

At the time, one person responded by saying: “Tonight’s NCIS: LA episode was good (I liked the story with the three Hanna men), but I really missed Deeks and Kensi. I hope they get a lot of attention next week to make up for this week!”
