NCIS: Hawaii Season 3 Teasers: Jane Tennant Does ‘Something Crazy’ After Sam Warns Her Not To

NCIS: Hawaii will return to CBS on February 12 for season three, and it looks like we’re in for a treat, especially with another NCIS franchise figure joining the cast. LL Cool J played Sam Hanna on NCIS: Los Angeles, which was discontinued after 14 seasons.

Fortunately, he will continue to appear in the third season of NCIS: Hawaii. So, what do we know about his appearance?

The network has released a fresh sneak peek, which shows Hanna outside a facility with Vanessa Lachey’s Jane Tennant. She intends to go inside as he warns her not to “do anything crazy.” Naturally, this instruction is rapidly forgotten.

After a case in the season 2 finale resulted in Jane encountering a cr1minal from a previous investigation, Sam is in Hawaii to ensure she is ready to return to work. As a result, this manner of communicating with someone may not be helpful.

Tennant was kidnapped by guys affiliated with a cr1minal she thought was long dead in the season finale of last year.

Instead, he was alive and seeking for Maggie Shaw, Jane’s coworker and the person who caused his “death.” Despite escaping with the assistance of FBI Agent Kate Whistler (Tori Anderson), Jane was injured.

After passing a medical evaluation, she will be ready to return to work when season 3 starts on Monday, February 12 at 10 p.m. ET. Hanna is responsible for determining whether or not she is ready to return to the field. They collaborate on a case involving the hacking of the US Marshals database.

It will be interesting to see how things turn out for Jane following the events of season 2. To catch up on past episodes, go to Paramount+.
