‘NCIS’ Executive Producer Teases Palmer and Knight’s Relationship

In Season 20, NCIS has done something different with its romance: it has been shown. And the season won’t end without bringing it back into the spotlight.

Dr. Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) accidentally makes a confession that could change the course of his relationship with Special Agent Jessica Knight (Katrina Law) in “Kompromat,” the penultimate episode airing May 15 (don’t worry, the drama has already been renewed for Season 21).

“We’ve been dragging Jimmy and Knight’s relationship along because Knight doesn’t want to bring it to the office.” “However, in the second to last episode, a facet of it lands in the office with a big loud thud, and you see our characters reacting to it,” TV Insider’s executive producer Steven D. Binder says.

“Let’s put it this way: it’s time to take it to the next level.” And it’ll end up there.”

The photos from the episode, which you can see above and below, indicate that Special Agent Alden Parker (Gary Cole) is likely to be in the middle of something.

In the episode, a suspicious murder occurs in the National Archive’s classified section, and the team is tasked with investigating a string of Russian spy encounters that may be linked to the crime.
