NCIS actress Daniela Ruah Marks the Accomplishment of a ‘Significant Goal’

Daniela Ruah of NCIS: Los Angeles has achieved a “huge goal” by completing the Malibu Triathlon.

Ruah shared a Reel of her training journey leading up to the iconic event, in which she competed alongside former NCIS cast members Caleb Castille, Duncan Campbell, and David Olsen, in a celebratory Instagram post.

“Sunday was fantastic! “Not only did I accomplish a huge goal (look mom, I did it! ), but I did it with amazing friends AND the @malibutri raised over $1.2 MILLION dollars for @childrensla,” she captioned the post.

“Congratulations to everyone who took part!” & Thank you so much to everyone who contributed! The entire journey was unforgettable. “Do we want to do it again next year?”

The triathlon was completed in support of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles by the actress, best known for her role as Kensi Blye in the iconic police drama.

Ruah announced on Instagram last month that she would be participating in the event with her former co-stars in an effort to raise $10,000 for the worthy cause.

“All right, for the past few years, I’ve participated in the Malibu triathlon to raise funds for the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital. “However, I’ve only ever run the running portion of the race as part of a relay team,” she explained.

This year, however, because I turn 40 in December, I decided to treat myself to an entire race that included swimming, biking, and running.

Caleb Castille, Agent Roundtree, Duncan Campbell, Agent Caster, and my very own hubby David Olsen, who played Tom Olsen on NCIS LA, have also joined forces to help us raise funds.
