Daniela Ruah Excitedly Returns to NCIS, Hinting at More to Come, Saying it ‘Felt Like Home’

NCIS: Los Angeles alum Daniela Ruah recently provided fans with a behind-the-scenes look as she returned to the NCIS universe, this time as a director.

Daniela, who left her role as Kensi Blye in May, is back on set directing an episode for NCIS’ 21st season.

Sharing her excitement on Instagram, Daniela posted photos alongside cast members Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen, Sean Murray, and Gary Cole.

She expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and described her experience as ‘Absolute Bliss.’

Fans are excited for her directorial debut, with one exclaiming, “Obsessed!!” I wish you enormous success. Congratulations!”

Another fan looks forward to the episodes she directs, while another wish to see her return in front of the camera.

Daniela’s NCIS episode airs in March, followed by her NCIS: Hawai’i episode in April.

She described returning to the set as an honor, emphasizing the warm reception from the familiar faces she loves.

For Daniela, it’s like ‘Coming Home.’
