Jacqueline Falk, the daughter of late actor Peter Falk, has died at the age of 60.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Falk was found dead at a home in Los Angeles on April 27. Authorities confirmed her death and stated that the case has been officially documented, though no further details have been publicly shared.
Jacqueline and her sister Catherine were adopted by Peter Falk and his first wife, Alyce Mayo. The actor, best known for his role in Columbo, later divorced Mayo in 1976 and remarried the following year.
Following Peter Falk’s death in 2011 after a battle with Alzheimer’s disease, family tensions became public, particularly regarding visitation rights during his final years. According to statements shared by Catherine Falk’s organization, Jacqueline was unable to see her father during the last years of his life.

After his passing, Jacqueline and her sister released a joint statement remembering their father for his humor, wisdom, and the time they shared together as a family.
