Take A Look Inside Jill Biden’s Repulsive Home

Joe Biden’s real estate holdings stand out as unusually modest compared to those of many presidents. His two Delaware homes-a lakefront property in Greenville and a beach house in Rehoboth-together total roughly $6.2 million, far below historical presidential averages.

Biden’s Greenville home began as four acres of empty land purchased in 1996 for $350,000. He built a 6,850-square-foot, three-bedroom house focused on comfort and family, not luxury. Today, it’s valued at about $1.7 million.

The Rehoboth Beach home he bought in 2017 fulfilled a decades-long family dream. At 4,800 square feet with six bedrooms, it’s designed for gatherings rather than prestige. Its estimated $4.4 million value comprises most of Biden’s real estate wealth.

Despite online claims, Biden does not own the mansion often shown in viral posts. That property was a dilapidated DuPont estate he bought in 1974, renovated over twenty years, and sold in 1996 for $1.2 million.

Compared to presidents who owned sprawling estates, compounds, or billion-dollar portfolios, Biden’s holdings reflect practicality rather than grandeur. His real estate choices highlight a lifetime rooted in modest means, family priorities, and a long-standing connection to Delaware.
